John G. Hall
John has over 23 years of experience including C-level and Board positions in private and public companies providing executive leadership, strategic direction, operations management, financial management, as well as leading human resources and legal functions.  John led the rightsizing and turnaround of PRC, a provider of outsourced customer management and sales and marketing services to Fortune 500 clients such as American Express, DIRECTV, FedEx, US Airways and YUM! Brands.  PRC operated through an international network of contact centers with 14,000 team members and was a subsidiary of IAC/InterActiveCorp (NASD: IACI ).  From 2003 through late 2004 John was CFO and partnered with an industry veteran to right size the company.  In 2004, John was promoted to CEO to lead the continued turnaround and strategic repositioning of the company and prepared it for its subsequent sale.

As CEO of Gerald Stevens, Inc. from 2000 through 2002, John was charged with leading a publicly-traded consolidator in the retail floral industry experiencing operational and financial difficulties after a period of extremely rapid growth through acquisition.  Between mid-1998 and 2000, the company had acquired numerous family owned and operated businesses and grown to over 300 geographically dispersed retail locations under numerous local and national brands.  These included Calyx & Corolla, an upscale mail order and online business; Florafax International, a yellow pages order generation business; and a Miami based importer of fresh cut flowers.  John led a team that worked closely with former-owners, operators, lenders and investors to develop and execute a plan to operate the businesses while negotiating multiple transactions to sell individual and groups of assets to strategic buyers.

John was a Director of Allen & Company, a private investment bank based in New York, from 1993 through 1999.  He provided strategic advisory services and growth capital for companies in a wide range of industries, focusing on middle-market and entrepreneurial clients that included business-to-business as well as business-to-consumer business models.  Prior to joining Allen & Company, John was a Vice President of Chemical Bank (successor to Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company) in positions of increasing responsibility over eight years.  His lending experience includes middle market companies, media, entertainment, and restructurings.  John holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BS from the University of Vermont.

Lisa has 23 years of experience providing executive leadership and strategic direction for B-to-B and B-to-C, financial services, information, marketing services, outsourcing, and technology companies. She has developed and led numerous successful strategic initiatives, has created distribution and product partnerships to drive new revenue streams; has led product development, has experience in M&A and fundraising; co-founded, grew and sold an online financial services distribution company; and participated in the successful turnaround, strategic repositioning and subsequent spinout of a division of a NYSE corporation.

From 2002 to 2007 Lisa was a co-founder of SourcePoint Partners, a provider of strategic business advisory and outsourcing advisory services. SourcePoint leveraged a proprietary knowledgebase and methodologies to enable business-to-consumer companies to evaluate strategic business alternatives faster, while increasing the value received from outsourcing. A key component of SourcePoint’s success was helping its clients define their strategy and priorities, extend their brands and strengthen their customer value proposition.

Lisa was co-founder, Executive Vice President and an investor from late 1996 to 2001 in a company that created the first online integrated financial services marketplace. Consumer Financial Network was marketed online and offline to employees of major corporations, through relationships with their employer, and to affinity groups. Lisa and her team successfully established partnerships with over 80 financial services providers (such as GE and Chase) and multiple distribution partners; created a patented business process to “learn, try, apply and buy” financial services; developed and launched multiple product marketplaces that were marketed to over 5 million employees; and raised over $350 million in capital over a 4-year period. The business was sold in 2001 to a multi-national commercial insurance company.

From 1992 to 1996 Lisa was an executive at Equifax, Inc. (NYSE: EFX) involved in the successful turnaround of a substantially unprofitable division which subsequently spun out as a separate public company, ChoicePoint Inc. (NYSE: CHP). She held various positions of increasing responsibility involving strategy and M&A for the division, as well as overseeing strategic sales and operating support for 8 different business units.
